Who I am and how I can help 

I believe we are all just one courageous decision away from living a happier, more meaningful and engaged life. I am an American teacher, trainer, and Positive Psychology practitioner that has been proud to call Singapore home for the last 7 years. I regularly run training for schools and corporations to support the development of skills in Emotional Intelligence and Well-being as a starting point for rehumanizing workplaces and learning spaces. I coach individuals to take steps to live their lives more in alignment with their values and strengths and to trust their inner voice and use their individual gifts as a compass. I ask big questions and help you take practical steps towards your goals.  I’ve witnessed many transformations when people allow themselves to be authentic and honest.  Through this work, I’ve come to believe that the vulnerability of letting ourselves truly be 'seen', we can make the world braver, more inclusive, and more compassionate.
